How to expand disk capacity in a virtual machine

How to add a hard disk to a virtual machine

When using a virtual machine to install the system, only one hard disk is allocated. Open the virtual machine and log in to the system, right-click the hardware location on the lower right side of the virtual machine and enter 'Settings'.

Click 'Add' under Hardware to add a hard drive.

Right-click on My Computer to enter 'Management'. After entering, find ‘Disk Management’ on the storage. Then a popup will pop up whether to initialize the disk. Disk can be allocated only after initialization.

Right-click on the hard disk you created to create a new simple volume.

By default, the capacity of this disk is allocated when entering this page, and then the default is continued until completion.
